Humanity+ Conference Caltech Decenber 4th-5th

RSS to ICAL Converter

Had to run a modified version of RSS to iCal to parse the Duke Events feed for import into Google Calendar.

You can use this as a "service" for your own RSS feeds:

Bioperl example

Program using BioPerl that takes a DNA sequence, and a list of proposed exons, and writes out the MRNA and the protein. exonify. My first program using BioPerl, helps avoid copy-pasting stuff for class.
